Daisy UK has been running very successful Visual and Disability awareness through sports courses which have been very well received and the feed back has been fantastic. Schools, colleges, coaches , teachers and sports development officers have all benefited from attending. As well as theory and practical sessions which are run in a fun way, which Daisy UK finds is a great way of learning, everyone receives a unique information pack, full of useful information covering all disabilities. Through the success of these courses, we have been running with Crosby Training (Job centre plus) visual and disability in the work place courses. These have been helping people who have been long term unemployed, or through no fault of their own not being able to find work. Daisy UK in their own unique way have been working on giving them confidence, self esteem and support in their quest to find work.
